This is really only for my record keeping since I have a tendancy to lose anything I write down on paper. Hopefuly, this will also help me keep track as I discover do's and don'ts to the finer points of betta keeping. Today, I'm going to start treating my STM Bright Yellow (NR2), Apollo, for finrot. I'm going to give him a salt bath and put some Maracyn and Maroxy in his water. I always forget the corret amount of salt to add for a salt bath so I'll post it here:
The correct dosage for five minute water baths is one tablespoon of non-iodized salt per gallon of water.
